Conference Best
Presentation Awards:

The International Society of Electrochemistry will award the Best Oral and Best Poster presentations given by PhD students and young researchers up to the age of 30. More details in the page Conference Awards.

Conference Accommodation Grants:

The Hyceltec 2017 Organizing Committee will offer some accommodation grants to a number of presenting PhD students up to the age of 30. More details in the page Conference Awards.

Guidelines for Presentations

Information for the Oral Presenting Authors

The time allocated for Keynote communications is 20 minutes, plus 10 minutes for discussion. The time allocated for Oral communications is 15 minutes, plus 5 minutes for discussion. Please prepare your presentation accordingly. The files format may be either MS Power Point or PDF.
In order to avoid last time surprises, please give the file with your presentation with one day in advance.

Information for the Poster Presenting Authors

The recommended size of the poster is DIN A0 (1189 mm x 841 mm), "portrait" presentation. If you need more space, be aware to the maximum dimensions of the boards: 1500 mm high x 1200 mm wide.
A numbered panel will be allocated for each poster. Lists with the abstract number and the panel number for each poster will be available in the poster area.
Posters should be placed on the board preferentially on Monday 19th, during the Registration. If not possible, they must be placed on Tuesday 20th until the lunch time.  Posters must be removed until the end of Wednesday, 21st. Any posters remaining in place after this time will be removed by the organizers who accept no responsibility for loss or damage-
Authors will be expected to stand by their poster during the session to answer any questions.
The Secretariat will provide fixing materials for delegate use at the symposium.
Important Note: All the authors that are candidates to the Best Poster presentations should present their work directly to the evaluation panel during the respective Poster Session. Be aware that the panel is anonymous. The guidelines for the evaluation are the same as described in the Conference Awards.
